General Info:
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order online. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our site or place an order. You Must Be Over The Age Of 18:
One Mountains products are available online to adults over the age of 18, who can purchase products with a credit card. We still welcome those under 18 to shop for One Mountain gear online, but only with involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. One Mountain reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders based on their sole discretion.
Shipping:
All orders placed online generally ship in 2-5 business days. Please allow ample time for shipping. Shipping times vary between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on your location and shipping method. Most orders are shipped out UPS ground or through the United States Postal Service.
Exchanges:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, One Mountain will gladly exchange it provided it is still in new and salable condition. Reasons for exchange would be issues with sizing, color, defects, etc. We will not exchange any items that were damaged after being shipped by One Mountain. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. A %10 restocking fee and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and are subject to a %15 restocking fee. We accept returns for issues with sizing, color, defects, etc. Any items damaged by the customer will not be refunded. The customer must send items for return to One Mountain prior to receiving a refund. A full refund of the original purchase price (minus the %15 restocking fee) will be sent to the customer via check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for check to arrive. Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from One Mountain’s Online Shop are given to a third party for shipment. These items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
